Delete your FIXON account

You can permanently delete your FIXON customer account and the personal data associated with it from this page.

What will be deleted

Your profile, phone number, email, location, saved cart and wallet history.
Your booking history, service addresses, messages and discount-redemption records.

We may retain de-identified financial ledger entries where required for accounting or legal obligations. They are no longer linked to your account or booking data.

Any scheduled or in-progress booking must be cancelled or completed before account deletion. This action cannot be undone.
